An image posted on a popular video game forum today is providing what appears to be the first glimpse of a revamped Xbox One console, less than 24 hours before Microsoft is expected to unveil the new machine during a press briefing at the E3 game convention.

The leaked image, posted on NeoGAF, shows a white “Xbox One S,” touted as 40 percent smaller than the existing Xbox One, with a 2TB hard drive, support for 4K video, High Dynamic Range visuals, a “streamlined” controller and a stand for positioning the console vertically.

Microsoft’s plans for a revamped Xbox One have been widely reported in recent weeks. Kotaku reported in May that the new machine would be capable of supporting the Oculus Rift headset, although Microsoft was still reportedly working out those details at the time.

Microsoft pursued a similar strategy with the release of the Xbox 360 S, an update to the previous console generation, in 2010. The company isn’t yet confirming or denying the legitimacy of the Xbox One S leak today.

The Xbox One is trailing Sony’s PlayStation 4 in overall unit sales in this console generation. The Redmond company no longer reports worldwide console unit sales publicly but said in April that Xbox Live monthly active users grew 26% year-over-year to 46 million users.

Microsoft’s E3 2016 press briefing begins at 9:30 a.m. Pacific on Monday.
