Harry Potter, Star Wars, and Frankenstein are in the running to join the ranks of J.R.R. Tolkien, Stanley Kubrick, and other icons in fiction.

But we aren’t talking about the epic crossover franchise of your dreams. Seattle’s EMP museum is inviting the public to vote on nominees for its Science Fiction and Fantasy Hall of Fame exhibit. Voting opens Wednesday, April 27, and runs through May 11.

In celebration of the Hall of Fame’s 20th anniversary, EMP is adding two new categories — Creators and Creations — to the exhibit. The nominees were selected by sci-fi and fantasy experts from nearly 2,000 submissions.

Winners will be revealed at EMP’s Science Fiction and Fantasy Hall of Fame celebration in the fall.
