PCT Fees to Foreign Offices
• 1701: International filing fee (first 30 pages – filed electronically without PCT-EASY .zip file) – fee decrease from $1,280 to $1,261
• 1710: International filing fee (first 30 pages – filed electronically with PCT-Easy .zip file) – fee decrease from $1,176 to $1,158
• 1702: International filing fee (first 30 pages) – fee decrease from $1,384 to $1,363
• 1703: Supplemental fee (for each page over 30) – fee decrease from $16 to $15
• 1704: International search (EPO) – fee decrease from $2,125 to $2,097
• 1715: International search (ILPO) – fee increase from $909 to $917
• 1712: International search (IPAU) – fee decrease from $1,622 to $1,560
• 1716: International search (JPO) – fee increase from $577 to $581
• 1709: International search (KIPO) – fee decrease from $1,125 to $1,120
• 1714: International search (Rospatent) – fee decrease from $440 to $433
• 1705: Handling fee – fee decrease from $208 to $205
• 1706: Handling Fee – 90% reduction, if applicant meets criteria specified at: http://www.wipo.int/pct/en/fees/fee_reduction.pdf – fee decrease from $20.80 to $20.50
