Jordan Ritter got his first taste of entrepreneurship in 1999, when he was sharing a Silicon Valley apartment with startup superstars Shawn Fanning and Sean Parker at the San Mateo Marriott Residence Inn. There, he was part of the founding team of Napster, the controversial file-sharing company that fundamentally changed the music industry. Ritter left Napster in 2000, and went on found four more startups including Cloudmark and Servio.
